ENOENT Errors in Lambda

When using this Lambda, installed through the zip provided. Periodically I get a [Error: ENOENT, no such file or directory '.env'] errno: 34, code: 'ENOENT', path: '.env', syscall: 'open' error. Once that happens, it does not fix until I re-upload the zip file.

This appears to be a path-related error looking for the .env (obviously). The deployment works at first?
