Setup instructions

Hi lovely gnome-shell-timer folks. As a new gnome user I was delighted to find a timer applet, but it took me a couple hours to puzzle out how to make it appear. Would you mind providing setup instructions? Simply stating the following in your readme would have saved me a lot of time...

Run the following:

% sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-timer gnome-tweak-tool
% gnome-tweaks

Select 'Extensions' and turn on 'Timer'.
