Fix baby red dragons & Lava Dragon loot table

Description:

Fixes Baby red dragon id. Currently the construction ID is used which is causing them to not receive the dhl boost.

Changes:

• Changed red dragon ID
• Ran prepmon, which got a few other updates along with it
• Add scurrius to bossrecords to fix test
• Add ensouled dragon head to lava dragon drop table

Holding off on this because we cant just change IDs like this, IDs are expected to never change. The existing dragon data should probably just be hacked to match the right data.
