Chincannon is currently checking all party members who have chincannon equipped instead of just host. It does not use materials from the non-hosts but if they don't have enough materials the trip will fail to send and it says it's because they don't have the material.

Also it checks when they join the mass so if they unequip chincannon after joining it still fails to send
