Show what gear setup is being checked in these commands: /k & +monster

monsters in the bot check specific gear setups when calculating food, and these two commands (/k & +monster) do not indicate which is used.

I propose that for the kill command, it shows this information in the food messages. In monster, maybe it would be under healing required?

Regardless - any way for this to be visible would be great.

I think with the exception of BSO (and now with revs) we only look at the associated attack style for the boss majority of +monster is covered under this section:

Hopefully gets covered when it moved to slash

Monster needs updating for the 4% food boost that was added too but already have an issue for that :)
