[BSO] Add a new mystery box tier called the Super Mystery Box

🚀 Feature Proposal

Add a new mystery box to BSO called the "Super Mystery Box" (name subject to change), that can give ANY item in the game. Whether its a tradeable or untradeable, or even a custom BSO item, this would be the definition of a mystery box. It would be rarer than a pet/holiday box, to ensure it doesn't bring it too many items.

While the idea of it giving a custom BSO pet may seem op at first, please note that it'd be a 1/25k chance for a specific item since it rolls every item id, and due to the scarcity of these boxes, it balances out.
