Autoplank autostart apparent failure on load - ElementaryOS - Hera

Open dv2s4z7 opened this issue 5 years ago • 2 comments

Hi, Checked closed issues but this didn't seem to resolve for me. My issue as below:

Description: Autoplank (built from github) runs fine. On boot, both (2) monitors blank (no plank). If I open 'plank settings' - it appears on 1 monitor (non-primary). If executed from terminal, no problem (both monitors as excepted).

Details: ElementaryOS 5.1 - current updates. 2 monitors. Using autostart file exactly as on github.

Thanks for any help!

On boot, is autoplank even running? Can you check in a terminal with ps aux | grep autoplank? Also, did you read about the elementary specific actions in the readme?

Sorry for the late reply.
