Native-style icons on Windows

It would be great to have icons that were more consistent with the OS's conventions. On Windows, tray icons are typically white with a black outline.

If you'd like, I can put together some icons that match those conventions - just let me know.

[Edit: just realized that this is Windows-specific. Mac OS already has native-style icons.]
