Uploading using Shell Script failed

I tried uploading using Shell Script method but it failed, fresh reinstall of ScreenCloud and Shell Script plugin does not help this happen when I tried to upload a screenshot using my command

But when I tried to take a screenshot again another error comes up The "Ask me" screen still comes up When I select Shell Script and hit upload again the first error still comes up

Any ideas?
