gem mocha missing

gem mocha should installed through bundle??? why is it missing?? gem install mocha is fine at prompt root@8c64e5e8afd4:/home/app#

please answer

@harie0x bundle installer may be getting timeout . did you try re-building it ? . And also you can share us complete build logs, we can analyse on logs .
