Allow to select windows based on their group name

Many programs (e.g. all Java programs) tend to have a more useful string in the window group name than in the instance name: Firefox has "Firefox" as group name, and CLion has "jetbrains-clion".

With the current default settings, all Java programs will get a dark window border.

Edit: Hah, just now saw how dead this project is. I'll just leave this here for informational purposes.

Does this still matter?

I'm on Chrome OS for some years now, but could test/fix it during the upcoming holiday season, if it's still relevant...
