Okta-hosted-login redirect loop after okta-react bump

I started seeing this issue after bumping okta react dependency to 3.0.9.

To Replicate - update okta-react dependency to 3.0.9, start okta-hosted-login app. After logging in, it should show this error in the demo app.

It works when I click on the Login button on this page again. It also do many redirects when I click on logout after that.

I was seeing this issue in my project, so, i replicated this on the demo project and bumped the okta-react dependency. I forked the samples-js-react project to demonstrate the issue - https://github.com/phyolim/samples-js-react/tree/okta-react-bump
