Allow latest aenum release

aenum is pinned to 3.1.11. This is an issue for distributions which are shipping okta as there is usually only one release of each module available and it's highly unlikely that the releases match exactly.

Would it be possible to support later aenum release? Thanks

This is not a problem for all users who are using a Python venv.
