signOutFromOkta doesn't work in 0.2.3

Updating the library to 0.2.3 from 0.2.2, signOutFormOkta appears to stop working. The browser does launch to sign out as expected.

@davidhartley Sorry I haven't been monitoring this repository. Are you still experiencing the issue of sign out?
