.NET Documentation References EOL Version Of SDK

Please provide the following information so that we can act on your feedback.

Describe the problem(s): Documentation refers to .NET Core 3.1 which was released in 2019 and was EOL in 2022. Documentation for .NET 8, the currently supported version, does not seem to be available which is a challenge since some of the standard setup boilerplate is different in current versions of .NET

If possible, describe a proposed fix: Write documentation that targets the current supported release of .NET please. Thanks!
