Unable to authenticate Okpy account

Hi,

I can't seem to successfully authenticate my OkPy account and keep seeing errors as you can see in the screenshots. How could I resolve this?

What operation are you doing to get to this page? (logging in from the website, or ok-client, or something else?)

python ok --authenticate This is what I had typed before I was re-directed to the OkPy login screen.
