After enrolling an Instructor with Add/Edit Participant, form remains pre-filled with most recently added Instructor

After filling out the Add/Edit Participant form per the below and clicking Enroll, the user gets added to the table and the accordion collapses. But if you then expand the Add/Edit Participant accordion again, it's still pre-filled with the previous user's name and email. Not sure if intentional?
