Customizable Timeout when Grading

It would be nice if for each assignment we could get a custom timeout. A data8 project which works with a large dataset takes a long time to grade, specifically because of a few cells/questions, and the autograder times out and retries before finishing the job due to some timeout that maybe could be changed.
