Gradescope Import

Could be nice to have some kind of interface that works more directly with the Gradescope all-assignment export which could help automate away a lot of the manual assignment creation. Maybe the UX flow could be: upload the Gradescope all-assignment CSV, parse on the server side, then return to the user an interface for suggesting possible matching assignments or to create new assignments on the spot, and also handle score assignments for each assignment individually.
