Momentum-based scrolling

First, thanks a lot for this package!

I use it to synchronize two lists. The list items containt a couple of divs and text. When using momentum-based scrolling (which is the case on touch devices without setting -webkit-overflow-scrolling: auto;) the list position is not synchronized properly. It would be very cool, if momentum-based scrolling could be supportet. Scrolling on mobile devices feels so much better when momentum-based scrolling is not disabled.

I'm using an iPad with iOS 10.1
