This PR enables audio only calls and allows for separate calling of permissions required for audio/video calls. As an aside, this also prevents conflicts with popular cordova plugin `cordova-background-geolocation-plugin`.

What version don't has AndroidX? I try the version 3.3.1 but in cordova compilation show error related to AndroidX.
