documentation: use --locked to avoid "unresolved import"

As described in this comment on issue 259, Cargo needs the --locked flag to install packages correctly. If I hadn't accidentally found this solution in the comments, I wouldn't have been able to use your library, as the installation instructions in the documentation didn't work for me. I think it makes sense to update the documentation.
