koala v2.0.4 这个版本在win7的系统上 修改这个路径下Koala\rubygems\gems\sass-3.4.9\lib\sass 的engine.rb这个文件，中文路径和有中文注释都可以 ，但是在win10系统上有中文路径不可以。 koala v2.3.0版本，在win7上 修改这个路径下Koala\rubygems\gems\sass-3.4.9\lib\sass 的engine.rb这个文件，，有中文注释可以，中文路径不可以。在win10系统上有中文路径和中文注释都不可以。这个我可以怎么解决一下？
