[Bug]: Creating shortcut for Gaphor (gaphor.exe) failed

Expected/Current Behaviour

I expect Gaphor to be installed with proper shortcuts

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install okibcn_ScoopMaster/gaphor
Installing 'gaphor' (2.26.0) [64bit] from 'okibcn_ScoopMaster' bucket
Loading gaphor-2.26.0-portable.exe from cache.
Checking hash of gaphor-2.26.0-portable.exe ... ok.
Linking ~\scoop\apps\gaphor\current => ~\scoop\apps\gaphor\2.26.0
Creating shortcut for Gaphor (gaphor.exe) failed: Couldn't find C:\Users\xxx\scoop\apps\gaphor\current\data\gaphor.exe
Persisting config
'gaphor' (2.27.0) was installed successfully!

Possible Solution

The installer is a self-extracting 7zip archive. Suggest changing download name and writing a pre_install script to move extracted files to correct places.
