New Metadata panel design: Resource - Licenses

The Licenses subsection of the Metadata panel. Errors report panel. Design file & Prototype.

How it works:

1. The user starts from the Empty state screen. Clicking the CTA triggers the modal dropdown which accommodates the long list of available licenses.
2. Once the user selects the license, it leads to the next screen where they fill the details.

• Upon completion or at any point they click on Save changes, it leads them to the Licenses list screen.
• Clicking on the "Licenses" on the Breadcrumb or the Back button takes them back to the dropdown

3. On the Licenses list screen,

• Clicking on the MIT license, they get into filling the details again
• The Thrash icon changes color on hover. Clicking on it deletes the MIT license, and takes them back to Empty state screen.

What stays unchanged

• The available Help section
• Any changes made triggers the Save Changes to go from disabled to active

What's new

• Redesigned empty state
• We have limited the ability to only add One license per file
• This input field is a combination of the new modals, and a dropdown containing the long list of the available licenses
