Find expenses made with companies of campaign donors
This issue might be correlated to #17. It consists of finding out expenses on companies belonging to campaign donors. It is not nepotism, but it certainly sounds like favoritism and corruption.
Is that forbidden? How would you make a case for the reimbursement to be returned?

I don't think it's illegal, but suspicious. We might not be able to make a legal case, to claim for reimbursement. But surely news outlets would love to tell this story to the wide public (and this can trigger a public pressure over the politician to stop that, to be more accountable). IMHO It's a good thing (and this kind of data can help in a algorithm that spots real illegal stuff too).

@awerlang That was my idea. It is not strictly illegal spending public money on companies financing campaigns, but I guess it is quite immoral. It is a step away from corruption. We should put a spotlight on such politicians.
It's a suspicious activity that may be used as one of the features when predicting the legality, in a larger Machine Learning model. I personally like it.
So guys this analisys is already done ? Can you provide me info where the files are ?

Unfortunately, not.
Can you provide me info where the files are?
If you refer to the reimbursement data, you can get them using the toolbox mentioned in the README.md
— please, let me know if you have troubles running it.
If you refer to the donors data, this is something that should come in as part of this feature implementation ; )
