Feature request: mail notifications for tags and public bodies

Since you enable mail notifications for single FOIA requests, I'd like to ask you to enable this feature for tags and public bodies, too.

In an example tag and example public body you provide RSS/Atom feeds, so I guess this would be doable to implement.

Of course, there might be more sub pages which are forthy of following but aren't in my mind right now.

This feature would improve the experience of regular users such as journalists. Thank you very much for considering!
