Make public bodies followable via mail

Use case: I am part of one public agency or specifically interested in one and want to follow all (public) requests that this agency gets.

At the bottom on pages of the public bodies you have RSS and Atom feeds you can use to follow a list of all (new) FOI requests.

Similarly to single FOI requets, you may just put a "Follow" button in there. As an RSS feed already exists, this may be simple to implement.
