Inform about funding/options when a fee is charged, special notes
It would be cool to inform people about there options when a public body charges fees. People are not aware of their options. Some first ideas:
- no fees for "ehrenamtliche Vereine" in Berlin
- Wikimedia funding option
- In MV, public bodies are obliged to ask for consent when the fees are over 200 euros
Another one to think about: keep in mind that Sozialhilfeempfänger (social benefits claimants) don't have to pay in certain states.
We should inform ppl that charges can be illegal, e. g. to check out if the height of the charge is reasonable and if there was unnecessary copy-work done or if it's legal to charge for copies (with reference to the specific court decision).
For easier use in Wikipedia its nice to write a summary, but I'm missing something:
- editing the summary later again. In my case I have some grammar issues in it.
- a contect menu where you can choose the licence how you want to publish your summary. I'm thinking about CC-BY-SA/CC0 and GPL licences. I'm sure not everybody want to see his own name there, so maybe it's possible to "handover" the rights to FdS?
@Unterstrichmoepunterstrich The request summary is sent to the public body and therefore cannot be edited anymore. The summary of the response can be provided and is editable. User contributions on the platform are CC-0 by our terms of service that users have agreed to.
