More concrete: All development plans, action plans, policies and people in charge could be linked.

It would reduce significally highlevel meetings / managment time if one needs to create new these type of documents. Especially if that work involves many institutions.

What's the open data question here? DVK is about to go away and be replaced with a serverless system. There really should be no data there that is of public interest, DVK is literally just a mailbox between two document registries that are (or should be) by definition already open.

What we actually want is a standardised Open Data API on top of document registries. The API should enable following:

  • Search based on keywords
  • Search based on metadata (creator, related people and institutions, responsible person etc.)
  • Retrieve the document

  • Search based on location

Erinevate õigusloome tööriistade üldpildi prototüübi valmimine on plaanis selle kevade jooksul. Ministeeriumite ülene innovatsiooniüksus on analüüsinud kõiki õigusloomega seotud tööriistu ja kasutajateekonnad kaardistanud. Üks võimalus probleemi lahendada oleks, et Open Data API istuks kõikide tööriistade otsas. Väljundit saaks kasutada erinevatele persoonadele kujundatud töölaudade loomiseks (mis on ka praeguse protessi eesmärk). @andreskytt Kas siin oleks mõistlik avada iga tööriista kohta eraldi issue?
