Feature Request: Ignore dependencies

What would you like to be added:

A config option to be able to ignore dependencies that cant be fixed or are not worth fixing due to not being applicable.

Why is this needed:

Some packages may give audit errors but may have no fix and it not be a real issue, or the issue may not be applicable to the context. Running this action as part of CI can cause failures where there shouldn't be
