Comunication with IC-705 over bluetooth on ESP32

Features: Display frequency for transverter on M5Stack or M5StickC

Usage:

• Pair ESP32 with radio (no password needed)
• Set XVERT frequency and IF frequency (in code)

TODO:

• there is bug in data format when data mirroring to serial is used
• not all modes of IC-705 are implemnented yet
• improve display look and make code for M5Stack (bigger display)
