Quick update: I disabled my proxmox snapshot backup schedule for all nodes expect the controlplanes like around two weeks ago and it only happened twice since then. I'm not sure...

Also, another thing i noticed that helps is adding more control planes; the combination of not doing proxmox backups and having three control planes instead of just one fixed this...
