bower install dependency error?

when i try to use bower to install it. it shows dependency to ~1.2.0, but inside this repository the dependency has already been updated to ~1.3.0. Anyone can tell me what happens?

@myc0210 It's updated in the master branch, but the latest tagged release (that bower looks for) is 1.1.0, which is still angular 1.2

@oitozero Any chance that you can cut a new version tag so we can use 1.3?
