align_by_chan not possible to use
追加機能についての概要 Suite2p registration allows for aligning by a non-functional channel. However, optinist doesn't have a way to add 2 channels
It is common to have a functional and non-functional channel. This allows for a very accurate measure of activity in the functional channel. It also allows for more accurate motion correction based on the non-functional channel. i.e. the non-functional channel is corrected and then these same weights are used on the functional channel. Optinist has the setting for doing this, but no way to use them. Optininst needs a way to add a non-functional channel to Suite2p registration. This could be done by selecting the other channel in another HDF5 node.
