Redstone objects doesnt get correctly activated by redstone sometime

screenshot_20200624_133553 If you place the redstone torch first , and then the TNT,the TNT wonnt explode. If you place the TNT first and then the redstone torch , the tnt will explode.

Apparently it happends to every redstone object // if you place the (power)source first and then the component ,the component wont activate
