token_refresh_enable usage

Hello,

As I have understood, the token_refresh_enable allows to check regularily if the user is still on the SSO and have access to everything he should have.

But, is this mecanism can be used to refresh the user personal data returned by openid ? Like username etc. is everything in the SSO response ? So we can leverage this information and refresh user data.
