Add support for front logout channel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. "OpenID connect generic" Wordpress plugin does not support front logout channel.

As I've just setup a Keycloak server instance for testing I saw this option. I suspect that is the IDP you are using? I have not run into this feature on any of the other test IDPs I've setup.

I use it with Ory Hydra which is also an OpenSource solution compliant with OpenID Connect features.
