Update to streamlink

If you upgrade to https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink - it could work again!

When updating to streamlink I get further than I have before. I changed the code from livestreamer.exe to streamlink.exe and I can obtain the channel, but it gets hung up "preparing the process" it just constantly puts out a period after period and there is no error message.

Anyone have suggestions?
