Show currently running `run` in graph on jobs page

I think it would be nice to show currently running runs on a job page not only in the table, but also in the graph with it's current consumed time. That way, you'd have a visual indication whether or not that run will probably finish "soon" or take another hour, without looking at the Duration column and guesstimate current duration wrt. that of former observed jobs.

Just to present a public Laminar instance: my stuff is again available at http://toolchain.lug-owl.de/laminar/ . It's proxied, but at least the URLs should be stable. (https may come later on, but in that case http will redirect to https.)
