storage: consider using Go Cloud's blob

Hi, I work on Go Cloud; you looked at Go Cloud a while ago (https://github.com/google/go-cloud/issues/241#issuecomment-409346959). We're looking for early adopters. Any interest in updating/replacing your storage component to use Go Cloud's blob? We currently have support for filesystem, S3, GCS, and Azure.

Even if not, I'd be interested in hearing any feedback you have.

We are definitely open to migrating to an external storage library. I'll carve out some time to reevaluate Go Cloud's blob and see how well it fits our needs.
