Allowed Commands

Can you please add a thing in the config.yml where we can put lists of commands that the player can only use while they are on /s ?. For example I want them to be able to use /tp while in /s but not when theyre out of spectator mode. Is that possible? If yes, please add it. It would be a great addition. Thank you!
