DISABLE_AUTO_TITLE flag not working as intended.

It's the latest version. Here, it does not actually disable the title. Still overwriting my xtitle.

I did source ~/.bashrc closed and re opened the terminal but to no avail. Only gets fixed when i don't use oh-my-bash.

According to the search in the source code, it doesn't seem to be implemented in the first place.
