cmakelists.txt issue when trying install on windows

i cant use on windows followed the tutorial and when i use: cmake . it says something like this: CMake Error: The source directory "F:/FreedomGPT/llama.cpp" does not appear to contain CMakeLists.txt i dont know what to do i dont see any reference to this on github tutorial.... and i managed to do on kali linux (because here i dont need cmake) but its VM so i cant use my gpu and thats why i need to get working on my windows 10 host but that cmake thing dont let me
