[Request] Vector tile basemap

Describe the feature or enhancement you're looking for The map viewer should include a vector tile OSM basemap alongside the current raster one or replace it.

If this request is linked to a problem, please describe. Client-side rendering via vector tiles would help georeferencing because 1) less data would be transferred per request, 2) high DPI monitors are supported natively, and 3) streets are dynamically labeled. In urban areas, being able to see all the street labels in the current extent would go a long way in quickly identifying possible GCP locations.
