[QUESTION] How to follow (filter) someone who is following TWO particular users ^_^

Describe your Question/Issue:

Hi Guys! I was wondering. How to filter out a user (follow actually) a user who filters two other users. For example, I want to follow all users who are an Elton John fan and are a Britney Spears fan.

How would this be done? Thanks for the input!
