I don't know this error. Do you use the latest docker and docker-compose? Try this tutorial to reinstall docker: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-use-docker-on-ubuntu-18-04
Actually I've had the same error on Centos. But on Ubuntu / Debian all is fine.
