default-git theme derived from default theme

In this theme I have split the git branch and current path to separate lines. Which make a beautiful look and feel.

Please move theme functions (fish_greeting.fish, fish_prompt.fish, fish_right_prompt.fish) into functions/ directory.

Such as in oh-my-fish/theme-fishbone#10.

It's update whats the next step?
