UNLOGGED - from docs: If specified, the table is created as an unlogged table. Data written to unlogged tables is not written to the write-ahead log in pg-mem it should be just ignored

Easy one. The parser part is OK (see commit above)... i'll ship that with next pg-mem release (I have something to finish first)
