Support for 24 bit true color

Would it be feasible to add support for specifying 24 bit true color styles in $EXA_COLORS?

There haven't been any commits for months and there are lots of unaccepted PRs, so probably not soon.

This would only allow 24-bit colour on the exa elements, anyway. You can already use 24-bit colours for the actual files through $LS_COLORS.
